Rebranding, repurposing our retail property
Our "showcase" is in the heart of the tourism precinct
When Dirk Brink, my late dad, arranged the capital for my mother;'s second husband to start developing a residential focused property development and realty business in Ft Lauderdale, he insisted on three essential ingredients.
Location, Location, Location,
Well that we got, with all bar one of the properties in the portfolio being on the eastern side of US1.
I'm pretty excited that my showcase will be in our property located at 1085 SE 17th St, Currently home to a very "retro-ish boutique" realty office, being in the heart of the tourism precinct, our location is tops!
Mother always was very "retro"
No changes to the "business window" since the firm started operating from this shop in 1982.

The next "ching-ching" being to completion of the revamp of our "Showcase" at 1085 SE 17th St.
As the founder of the NZ Childrens Arthouse network and a 2013 "New Zealander of the Year" finalist, Shona qualified in art and has a 50 year plus history in the profession, much of it during the past 20 years, focusing on NZ native Māori art.

While I don't imagine that the final artwork and upgrading of the shopfront will look exactly the same as this when completed, of one thing we can be very sure ...........
...."it will get noticed in a tourist town like Ft Lauderdale".....
And that is what this rebranded shop front will deliver as our "Showcase" of two unique NZ products.
One "product' being a gender-specific "health product". The other "product" an "agribiz asset that supports delivery of the health product".
