We lead the way with a unique "Key Worker" lodging development for contract mine workers in western Queensland, Australia with our "Sanctum@Emerald" project.

This residential subdivision was undertaken to supply home building sites needed for markers in the fast growing industrial port of Gladstone in Queensland, Australia.
Leading to our US "Key Worker" project launch
Contract for the land in Dania Beach, FL was in place, then came Lehman's collapse which did lead to an unforeseen disruption to our US launch plans.
